2. Select the button that says Get Started under the heading "I want to request shoveling"

3. If this is your first time visiting the site, fill out a registration form

4. Once you are registered, create a shoveling request

There is no cost! We are all volunteering our time.

If no volunteers are available to help you, try posting your request one more time.
If you still don't get matched with a volunteer, you may need to ask for help elsewhere. Some examples are:

We ask that volunteers contact a requestor within 24 hours; for some snow events, it may take longer to match you with a volunteer because of demand.

When you are matched with a volunteer at the beginning of the season, please ask that person to shovel for you all season.
